Store Policies

Loungin Around, wants all of our customers to be happy with purchases from our company.

We offer a limited 14 day exchange policy from shipping date, there are no exchanges on underwear.

An RA number will be issued to you to process exchange merchandise, for all lounginaround.com returns. Please email us at customerservice@lounginaround.com. Please Include; Name, address, phone number to be reached if any questions, date of purchase and issue with products. We will not be responsible for shipping fee's on exchanges.

Credits will not be given until the merchandise is returned and must be used within 120 days of issue. Credits can be redeem On-line at www.lounginaround.com and www.laprivatepleasure.com

Exchange items must be in the original packaging, unused.

Items that are used in any fashion, smoke, sprays, lotions or any smells that cause us to not resell items; will not be accepted for exchange.

If your package arrives damaged and the merchandise inside is damaged, keep the package and contact the carrier to let them know that the package was damaged. This is necessary in order to be able to make an insurance claim with the delivery company. Also contact us via email, to let us know that it arrived damaged so we could make the insurance claim and ship you a replacement for the damaged items.

We do not except partial returns ie; Package of 6 items, must come back with all 6.

As always we want to work with you, please be cautions on returned merchandise, we will not send items back to you due to the cost of shipping.

Loungin Around has the right to determine and refuse products due to above reasons.

Discontinued Items Policy:

There are times when we discontinue merchandise or sell out, we try our best to get these items removed from our website and catalogs as quickly as possible. However there may be times that you will place an order for an item that has been discontinued/sold out and still on our site. When this occurs we will automatically remove the item from your order during the fulfillment process and ship the remaining items in your order. We will also contact you, to see if you want to substitute another item for the discontinued/sold out item/s. We apologize if this problem arise.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of purchase must be requested before items are shipped. Items will ship within 1-2 business days.

If cancellation request is made after items already shipped, our return policy will then apply.

Any refused packages will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We offer ground shipping service to anywhere within United States with FedEx or UPS.

If you would like to receive your item overnight, there will be additional shipping cost that will email and bill separate. Please contact us for shipping prices via email.

MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We do not except Checks or COD.

We do not ship to a P.O. Box locations.
